  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    No. It is not necessary to set up an account to place an order. However, an account holder receives special discounts, has a wish list and a record of previous orders. You will be given the option to set your account at checkout.
  • How long would delivery take?
    Your order will be delivered to you within 5 - 7 working days, with an exception to some regions. If your order was placed before 8AM, it will be dispatched the very same day. In case you placed your order after 10 AM, it will be dispatched the next day. During festive seasons or busy periods, we might be delayed but trust us, the wait will be worth it. If you are based in local Sydney CBD, pick up in person can be arranged ahead of time when you check out.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    No. There is no minimum order. Generally we have a flat rate applied based on location that is determined at check out. However, shipping cost differs for few products which are of heavy weight.
  • How do I contact BBE?
    You can contact our customer service team by sending an email to shop@bestbuyelectronics.com.au Alternatively, you can also send us your query through form or chat from our website.
  • Why don't you have a shop or phone number?
    Our website and emails are closely monitored to provide you with the best service possible. We save up our money by not having a receptionist or physical shop to handle your orders and this saved up money is spent on providing you with an affordable shopping experience.
  • Are the products new or refurbished?
    All our products are brand new and sealed in their packaging.
